I love this snack, when you first open the package you get this wonderful banana aroma,its like a little cake topped with oats,the flavor is so good ,it tastes exactly like a Banana Muffin.I liked how moist it was because a lot of store bought cakes and cookies can be very dry but this snack was awesome .It is a great serving size ,not to filling just a little pick me up to get you through to suppertime,
