Save on Foods was having a big sale on Kellogg's Special K protein morning shakes so I loaded up on both the chocolate and the vanilla flavour.
Overall they were decent, nothing special to be honest. The taste was drinkable but not something I would ever crave. They filled my up for a little while but then I did find that by the time I started work I was already getting hungry again.

The one upside though is that these are extremely convenient. I ended up going through them fairly quickly because as I was rushing around in the morning it was so simple to just grab one from the fridge and drink it on my way out the door.

Probably would not buy again unless they were on sale; if it was a really good sale though I would stock up.
