I hated this. It felt horrible on my lips and I had to wipe it off because it started burning my lips.

The consistency and looks of the lip balm is similar to Vaseline however when I applied it on my lips, I would feel a burning sensation. I removed it immediately and used another lip balm and my lips were fine so chapped lips was not the reason for the burning sensation. Definitely will not try this again. I am thinking I am allergic to an ingredient in the product

I've been using Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 for 3 weeks now. I get really chapped lips in the winter and also am trying to avoid that upper lip pucker/wrinkle thing that some women have. I use it 2 -3x/day and liberally (as per instructions), I see no difference whatsoever. Goes on very light, which is nice, has SPF4 but it has only helped about 10%. I am going back to the drugstore for some Carmex.
