Colour did not last - at all.

I have used Loreal hair colour product many many times before so I feel like I'm pretty familiar with this process. Tried the new Rose Gold shade for a change from blonde this time and am extremely disappointed. I held off colouring so it would be fresh for a big event I have coming up, however, it's been less than 10 days since colouring and the colour is almost entirely stripped/faded. Immediately following colour it was pretty streaky - more pink and purple than rose gold, but it was interesting, so I was satisfied. However, it's now faded down to a plain brown and in spots it's completely gone, and blonde streaks are showing through, as well as some grey hairs visible. Pretty much a mess. Will not buy this product again.

I tested chic auburn I've fallen head over heels some say the smell was to strong but I absolutely loved it before and after smell was amazing plus the towel I received also a big plus was gorgeous I also want to say my hair now has this crazy glossy shine to it that I had seemed to have lost after having two kids in a row big thanks for your amazing product I recommend to everyone

The ammonia makes it a no for me

Application:
Super easy and straightforward. The mixture was a good consistency (not too thick or thin) so it wasn't too messy to apply into my hair. I have shoulder length hair and there was more than enough product to cover my head. The only thing I hated was the toxic smell. I've permed my hair (in salons) and coloured my hair (at home and in salons) and I felt this product was extra toxic. I am not happy about the fact that this has ammonia in it - with all the technology and advanced science out there, there is no need for such harsh chemicals.

Washing out:
As I was washing the product out, I actually felt my hair become COARSER. I was slightly traumatized. BUT once I put on the conditioner, my hair was soooooo silky smooth. I am very very impressed with the conditioner and this is definitely a staple in this hair dye kit.

Color:
I won't be able to comment too much on this because my hair was pretty similar in colour to the one I received (dark brown #3). I can tell it darkened my hair and it looks nice and natural.

The application was easy to do, though this had a strong chemical smell, it was hard to breathe, I had to open all the windows in the house to air out the smell, overpowering. Otherwise, my hair turned out wonderful as the box shades said. I love my new funky colour. My hair was soft & shiny also after use of this hair colour.

I love this product and use it 99 % of the time.

Loreal Preference is one of the products I usually buy. I love it! It gives me the coverage I need and my color comes out just the way I want it. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I have shoulder length, fine, normal hair that has about 30% gray. This colour covers great and left my hair really soft and shiny. End result was very close to the colour on the box (my hair was already auburn to start).

I will never switch to another brand of hair dye. The color always looks great. It makes my hair feel so smooth after you use the conditioner that comes with it, and the conditioner makes your hair smell great!

When looking for a hair color that covers grays and doesnt dry out your hair is really hard. Loreal has done it. With so many colors to choose from you can either go bold or find your natural color. Its so simple to use.

Goodbye gray hairs!

I picked up a box of L'Oreal Paris Superior Preference in the color Tahiti which is a medium brown color and I'm so happy I did. A few brands I have tried in the past claimed to cover gray hairs and didnt. This one did exactly what it said it would. It 100% covered my Gray's. It also left my hair looking shiny and lustrous. If you're looking for a rich brown color for your hair I recommend the color Tahiti. I will definitely be purchasing this brand again.
