In the winter my combination skin goes totally haywire. Some days it'll be fine, some days it'll be oily and some days it'll be dry and irritated all over. There's no regular skin day in the winter.

I'm familiar with face oils and serums, and I've experimented with creating my own oils to help lock in moisture at night, but I never found a combo that was really effective. Generally I will use a cream-based moisturizer in the winter months to help my skin stay hydrated and soothed. I was very curious to try Lipidol's overnight face oil because it was affordable, very lightly scented (like super light, I can't figure out the scent) and it felt very soothing. It started to sink in very soon after I put it on my face, and I would wake with hydrated skin

I do notice, however, that it blocked the pores on my nose (where I am very prone to blackheads and excess sebum) but everywhere else it helped my face really feel refreshed in the morning.

If you are a person with excessive oil, this may not be the product for you, but for combination skin this is a great addition to your (like mine) large arsenal of products.

I really was skeptical about putting an oil on my face that wouldn't immediately be washed away but I tried it anyways and loved it. I usually get super dry patches on my face along side oily parts. It is hard to find something that works on all of my face, especially at this time of year (cold, winter). I found that this overnight oil really hydrated my dry parts within a couple of days of using it and I'm pretty sure it has calmed down the oily patches. My skin feels so soft now with no rough spots. I do get occasional acne as well and this didn't make it worse and may have even helped reduce spots on my face.
I highly recommend this product.

I recieved this product from ChickAdvisor to review. I like this oil a lot. It is easy to use and absorbs fairly quicky into your skin if you don't use too much. It has a pleasant smell and I love the little bottle. My skin feels soft and less dry. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

The Overnight Face Oil is very easy and quick to apply before going to bed at night. My skin feels soft and looks healthier in the morning.

Ylang-Ylang is my go to essential oil and Ylang-Ylang has been added for a very subtle fragrance. Ylang-Ylang is known for it's calming and relaxing effect...perfect for night time.

It has been very cold and dry here in Toronto, and this product has been super effective at immediately making my face feeling moisturized and soft when I put it on, as well as in the morning once it has fully soaked in. It smells great as well. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

This stuff is great I loved it and my skin is feeling smooth not greasy and wonderful. At first use the smell was a bit much but I got used to it after a coupl of evenings of using it. I even had my daughter test it out since winter is harsh on our skin and she is loving it as well.

OMG I am 'In-Love' with this Face Oil! In the winter, it is very dry and windy here in Saskatchewan and I always find it a struggle to keep my nose and cheeks un-flaky and moisturized properly.

For years, if I blew my nose once, I would have a red, dry look to it for a week afterwards. No more! I put this on problem areas before I go to sleep and wake up looking like I have skin in it's normal condition. Doesn't look oily at all or clog my pores. Honestly I am so sold and highly recommend if you have ever experienced what I am talking about.
