Omg this is so good !!! The subtle Carmel flavor when adding this to my coffee is great! I can’t wait to try it on my oatmeal in the morning! I am so excited as this has fibre in it too and will also help my mom with her bowels it does have a tiny taste of molasses but it’s very tolerable

Im very keen about my fitness and what I consume and I haven been researching on using alternatives to sugar. I am not a sweet tooth but every now and then, I like to have something sweet but not have to succumb to sugar and this Liva Date Syrup is perfect for that. I’ve been loving how easy this is to use!
