Can't remove blackhead

I'm disappointed with this products. Tried to use it to remove blackheads on my nose but doesn't work. This sugar scrub is also supposed to revitalise dull skin but it doesn't seem to do the job neither. My skin feels a bit tightened and dried out afterwards.
