Too much gristle.

Don't waste your money. Go to M&M;Meat Markets and buy their pot roast instead. It is alot more tender with very little gristle and a nice gravy. Much better value.

I really wanted to love this. My best friend literally lived on this for about 1/2 year during the winter Pandemic months. So I tried it….I hated it. Very salty. And I can totally taste the soy sauce. Last I checked, you’re not supposed to taste soy sauce as the overpowering ingredient in a pot roast! Anyway, not a fan. Portion sizes are individual, maybe 2 adults at the most.
