This is such a precious book. I always give it to soon to be parents in baby shower gifts.
Robert Munsch lives in the town I work in, and I have met him a few times at work functions. I had several copies signed by him at one function and that made a special gift for some friends.

The story is so sweet and what a great memory to share with your own child.

My son LOVES this story, but I have a hard time sometimes getting through it without getting a little teary eyed. Is a very cute story about a mother's special love for her son. Is for sure a classic. It was read to me when I was younger which is why I read it to my boys in hopes they will read it to their children when they are older.

When my daughter was preschool age, the local school delivered a book to each child that would be entering the school system the following year. This was the book...we read it so many times, we knew it by heart. Reading is so very important to developing minds, and this is a great book to start with!
