This product was quite revolutionary for me, as it is my first oil cleanser. Easily accessible @ any MAC store where I live, and cheaper I've found, compared to ones that are available @ Sephora. And plus, you can B2M the empty container! It has a thin, runny consistency akin to a light safflower oil. I'm testing out Shiseido's cleansing oil @ the time of writing this review; Shiseido's has a definite thicker consistency than MAC's.

I squirt a few pumps on my hand and apply directly to my face, rubbing gently around my whole face and around the eye area to remove any eye makeup, foundation and sunscreen. Once everything on my face loosens up, I then turn the faucet on, run some tepid water and add a bit of water in my hands to emulsify the oil on my face. I add a little bit of water each time until my face rinses clean. If you get a little bit *in* your eyes, just rinse gently with some water and the blurriness you might notice will start to dissipate. Nothing to worry about.

I wear a fair bit of eye makeup and using this oil cleanser does not allow me to thoroughly clean my eye area -- resulting in some not-so-great-looking racoon eyes after cleansing. I usually follow up with a moistened cotton pad (I use Bioderma Sensibio H2O, but any mild toner will do). Used around the face however, it is a great product.

If my memory serves me right, I bought a full-sized bottle @ the MAC store around January. Now June, I *just* finished this a few days ago so it's been economical in that sense, having used this almost everyday. Fabulous from a price aspect, but probably won't purchase again.
