I have been using this foundation every day since receiving it through the Chickadvisor review club....I love it! This is going to be "my foundation" from now on. I got the natural beige shade (I confess I never know what my correct foundation shade is and jump around amongst the ivories and beiges) and I think this was the perfect shade for me. It went on so easily and left a smooth natural finish. I swear I didn't look like I was wearing foundation at all but it left my skin with a nice even tone, almost flawless appearance. The foundation has remarkable staying power. I wore it to my restaurant job, and it stood up well to a day of heat, grease and sweat. One of the things I really love about it is that it actually did seem to minimize the appearance of some of the fine lines on my face. Also, there was no problem with this foundation caking and gathering in the wrinkles. Another plus the foundation is hyo-allergenic and unscented, and was gentle and non-irritating to my skin. What more could I ask for? I'm sold.

I received this foundation as a part of the review panel and absolutely loved it. I have been using it for over a week and the coverage is sheer but goes on smoothly and visibly reduced the look of imperfections. I have been battling adult acne for the past year and have had difficulty finding a foundation that covered the breakouts without being too clumpy and I have to say that Marcelle vieled whereas other foundations just built up on the acne. I was given barely there shade and it was a perfect match to my skintone.

The added benefits of the product for my overly-sensitive skin were that it was non scented and non irritating. I have noticed a subtle change to the texture of my skin since using the product, as it feels smoother and my breakout is clearing faster. The moisture has returned to my lacking face and I wonder if this is part of the anti-winkle claim. Wishing that they had been more specific in their labeling but in the age of the internet if i wanted more answers than i guess i could find it online. Overall, Marcelle has won me over! Although, the product is a tad pricey it does a great job. I will be buying again. Thanks for the opportunity to try this foundation, it was a lifesaver for my skin!

I received this product as part of the Product Review Club. This is yet another good quality product from the Marcelle line-up. There are only 6 shades to choose from which is limited but the shades are a good mix. I love the fact that it is a pump foundation which keeps it clean, no contamination with the outside environment and also easy to apply, not to mention the ability to control the amount you want to use. Even though this product is being advertised as being medium coverage I would consider this more as a light foundation more ideal for complexions that don't need a lot of covering up i.e acne, or moles. It goes on very silky smooth and really doesn't feel like you have anything on your face which is great as I find some foundations out there not only goes on clumpy but just feels so heavy that my pores are not able to breathe. There is no scent and I did not feel any irritation which is an added bonus. I am still trying to figure out what makes this product "anti-wrinkle". I do have some laugh lines - but didn't notice the wrinkles going away, but what I did notice is because the coverage is so sheer it didn't clump up and make the lines even more noticeable. If I figure out this mystery I will let everyone know.

The price that you pay is a little more than some of the other product offering in a drugstore, but I do feel that this is a higher quality product than your Cover Girl, etc. line. One more thing to add is that this foundation stays on your face. I went to the gym with it on my face and stayed on my face even though I did sweat while cycling on the bike.

I've been using this Marcelle foundation for just over a week. It does not have an overpowering smell, which I like. I used a foundation brush to apply the product, and found it went on easily and evenly. While the coverage was quite light, some people may think it was too light. For me it was perfect for work, where I prefer a more natural look. Within a few minutes of applying it, I found I was no longer aware of it being on my face. Love that! So, overall, quite a good product that I will use again and will recommend to friends.

I tested the Marcelle New-Age Anti-Wrinkle foundation for 1 week.. The colour I selected was ivory (I usually wear Cover Girl foundation in ivory). The colour was a good match for my skin tone; my sister actually commented on how well it matched my skin. The product was easy to dispense from the pump bottle, was light in texture and absorbed quickly into the skin making application very easy.

The first day I used it I did notice some irritation over some blemishes that I had applied benzoyl peroxide to prior to applying the foundation. It was a burning sensation that lasted for maybe 30mins. and then disappeared. I have never had this sensation using another foundation. I stopped using the benzoyl peroxide prior to applying the foundation and noticed no further problems with a burning sensation so I attribute the irritation to some reaction between the benzoyl peroxide and some ingredient in the foundation. Other than this issue which was easily solved, I really liked this foundation.

In the days I used it I noticed that the rough texture to my skin was gone and my skin felt soft and smooth almost as if I had used an exfoliating product. I was very impressed with this aspect of the product. The foundation provided light to medium coverage and did not cover all of my blemishes and acne scars to the degree I would have liked. The product did even out my overall skin tone. I have oily skin and this product did not increase the oiliness of my skin and it did not cause further blemishes.

As for the anti-aging aspect of the product it is difficult to determine this quality of the product as I used it for such a short time. Overall, I was impressed and pleased with this product and would continue to use it especially for the feeling of smoothness and softness it left on my face.

THE REAL SCOOP

This is yet another great product from the Marcelle line-up! The quality of this pump foundation is up-market from it's drugstore peers and leaves skin feeling silky. There are only 6 shades to select from, but the Natural Beige (with yellow undertones) matches my skin tone well; for reference, I am usually an NC30 in the MAC cosmetics line. The foundation is advertised as being a medium coverage product, but I find that it goes on fairly sheer with buildable coverage. This is ideal for complexions that just want some evening out but not heavy-duty coverage.

I really like the Marcelle New•Age Anti-Wrinkle Make-Up foundation because there is a fair bit of product for the price, and due to the fluid texture of the product a little goes a long way. The pump is excellent because it allows you to control the amount of product you use without exposing the remaining amount to pollutants and germs. The finish of the foundation leaves my skin silky and (dare I say) luminous, without feeling mask-like. I haven't been using the foundation long enough to attribute any anti-aging properties to it, but I do like that the liquid goes on smoothly (which is suitable for maturing skin). I personally prefer this over the Marcelle sheer tint moisturizing fluid, which is their tinted moisturizer offering, because the shade matches my skin tone more closely.

BOTTOM LINE

The consistency and finish is similar to the (now discontinued) Diorskin Pure Light foundation line, for a fraction of the price, and the results are last throughout the day (when set with a loose translucent setting powder). Hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, it's a bit more expensive than the other offerings at the drug store, so if you can find a shade that matches your skin tone well then it is worth a try.

I was able to try this product through the product review panel and i loved it! Marcelle new age anti wrinkle foundation went on smooth and even. it was light so i didn't feel like i had make up caked on while i was wearing it. the container it came in had a pump which made it easy to get the right amount of foundation out. i would recommend trying this foundation!

The Marcelle New-Age Anti-Wrinkle Make-Up comes in a nice, controllable dispense pump and has a smooth and medium consistency. The coverage is light, does not cover up much, and not long lasting as a result. I would say that this is closer to a tinted moisturizer than a foundation. This would work well for complexions that are very nice to begin with without any imperfections like, scaring, broken capillaries, rosacea, undereye circles, etc. Since this foundation is sheer, if you are looking to cover even minimal problem areas, this is not the foundation for you. However, using a concealer in addition to this foundation should help. Overall, this foundation is more of a tint that minimally evens out the skin's tone.

I did not see any reduction in the signs of aging as advertised.

I could not find information anywhere on the site about what the two "best beauty ingredients" are nor information on the "active ingredients" used in this product. I'm often hesitant about companies' flashy descriptions without some proof on their research or at least explicit names/descriptions of new breakthrough ingredients used in products.

Other things I would like to mention is that this foundation has some silicones in it but I have had great luck with it and it has not broken me out. It does, however oxidizes very quickly but not too excessively. I think the majority of the orange-y tint of it is due mainly to the actual colour of the foundation (I used Linen which is supposed to be a warm shade and should not have any orange in it), which along with the limited colour choice, very disappointing.

I would only recommend this foundation to people who have great skin and are looking for a sheer wash of foundation.

This is a light weight, fragrance free foundation that evens out skin tone without covering my freckles. It has a nice pump action so you get the right amount each time you use it. It has light reflective particles to slightly brighten the complexion so you don't look dull - especially for the summer. It is easy to apply and dried quite quickly - which is great if your mornings are like mine!! I did find that after a few days my t-zone area was drier so if you are already dry then you may need something with more oils. Over all a very nice product.

This foundation is great! I received this through the product review club and am so glad I was chosen to try this new product. This foundation gives a natural looking finish and blends very nicely. I like the creamy/whipped texture... it dries to a velvety finish leaving my face feeling soft. I also like the fact that the foundation is unscented. The color I received was ivory, and it matched my skin tone perfectly. My skin tends to be on the oily side, and this foundation lasted all day! I've only been using this product for a few days, so I can't really say at this point what this foundation will do for preventing fine lines and wrinkles (I'm only 34 so just starting to notice the change in my skin). But I'm hoping that it will do as promised…. So far so good! I did notice that the fine lines under my eyes look less noticeable immediately after applying.

I also like the dosage-controlled pump dispenser. It keeps the contents clean from contaminants and gives you just the right amount every time. I found that you can adjust the level of coverage, one pump for a natural daytime look, or 2 pumps for heavier coverage (if you need it). Even when I applied more, my face did not feel "smothered".

Overall, I would recommend this product. Definitely one of the better foundations I’ve used.
