Laura Mercier dupe!!
This product, by FAR, is my favourite drug store makeup product. Gone are the days of splurging for Laura Mercier, this product works better at an unbeatable price. I use this to bake and brighten my under eyes, and to set my foundation. It lasts all day, blurs imperfections, and keeps everything in place.
Best Drugstore Loose Powder
This Loose Powder has changed my makeup game. This is one of the best powder I have tried and I have a backup. This powder is finely milled and the coverage on this powder is out of the world. It is a low coverage, but it makes you look like you have foundation and powder on your face. It keeps helps control your oils on your skin and stay matte for a good amount of time. The way I apply the powder is with a damp beauty blender to set my face or just a powder brush and I love how my skin looks with both applications. You need to get this powder.
Comparable to the higher end brands
Maybelline Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder in 25 Medium has quickly become a favourite of mine. It evens out my skin tone, blurs my pores and keeps my face matte practically all day. It also helps to set my foundation. It's affordable too which is a nice bonus.

Nice non-Cakey Finish
I've never used a finishing powder before, but opted for the light to go with my pasty fair skin.
Opening the container was confusing, until I figured out you have to twist the lid 45 degrees in order to take the lid off. then I had to put the lid back on and shake it upside down to get powder out of the holding container through the holes.
Once I figured that out, it was less confusing.
I use my large make up brush for a quick touch up on top of my foundation, and surprisingly enough it doesn't make my face look cakey - it blends everything together and seems to hold my foundation on longer. I also look a little bit younger, which is really nice at my age.
With the lack of a of a powder sheen and nice finish, I think I'll continue with this as part of my normal make up routine.
I will be buying this again!
I'm so glad I was able to find a Drug store brand finishing powder. I do notice some flash back and some wrinkling when I use a wet sponge to apply the product. But once I tried using it with a dry sponge it went on much better! My face feels so much smoother and looks airbrushed! I'm so glad drug store is upping their game! My wallet thanks you and so will yours!

Amazing and affordable loose powder for all skin types!
I was so excited when this product came out because I love the fit me line, and the powder itself is super affordable (retail price 11.99$ at my local shoppers). The powder applies beautifully and I'm very happy with it.
With dry skin I'm always very conscious of the powders I use. It doesn't make my skin appear dry, or cake on to any patches. It gives a natural luminous finish. It's great for setting foundation or concealer - especially for baking underneath the eyes. I will definitely be repurchasing it! I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a budget friendly yet quality loose powder.
