Weird texture

I was super excited to try this powder after all of the great things I had heard. The color 'fair' was a good match not too pink. The problem I have is this powder leaves this weird texture on my skin as if I have dry and flakey skin which wile I do have some texture this was giving me texture in places that are smooth. I don't have this problem with other powders.

I didn't really like this powder very much, I found it to be very chalky and it settled right into the creases, I don't think I will purchase this again, I have other that I like more.
