we love making these on the weekend for our family breakfast. i pan fry them with a bit of garlic powder and margarine to season them and add a bit of crispy bits to the edges. they are sometimes hard to find so when i do find them i stock up

We eat these homefries with breakfast at least twice per week on the weekends. These are our go to breakfast potatoes. They are crispy and very tasty. They cook up really quick, and can be done on the stove or in the oven. I also love to add them to an egg omelette for extra taste. I like how they aren't too greasy. Definitely one of my families favorite breakfast items!
