used these this weekend to make gluten free eggs benedict - cooked up nice and crispy and held up well to the ham, egg and sauce - enjoyed by all very much!

we really enjoy these lil potato patties!!! the texture is spot on!!! cooks quickly in the oven!! i love the nice crisp outside and the perfectly soft center!!! great with any meal as a side or awesome on their on as a snack

These tastes pretty good, I like how big they are. The taste reminds me of how some fast food restaurant makes them. I baked mine in the oven, which was super easy and didn't need any additional seasoning.

a little too much salt.
could have more potato flavour or add some pepper to even out
