These fries are a great way to change up a quick dinner. My only issue with them is I have found that they sometimes stick to my pan and do not hold their shape. My kids love them and there are no complaints at the dinner table when they are served.

French fries are addictive enough, so to make sweet potato fries is almost cruel. But so delicious! I love how easy these are to just throw in the oven because sometimes I'm not in the mood or don't have the time to make my own sweet potato fries. Plus they're a tad better for you, what with all the vitamin C.

These are good fries. They have a little bit of sea salt added to them. I find they burn easy, even with following the cooking instructions.
