I love to cook and I find that premixed spice blends make everything a whole lot easier and faster when not cooking with a recipe. Mrs. Dash is great because it is salt free and msg free and you can get a ton of different varieties. My favourite blends are the garlic herb and the southwest chipoltle (great for in chili)
