As a morning cereal they are very good.
Great as a snack with some fruit on top and a dollop of greek yoghurt.
The only drawback is how quickly they get soggy after you add the milk.
However, on the good side if you microwave it after you put the milk on - you get a nice hot breakfast.
A favorite as a child and a favorite today, Nabisco Shredded Wheat is a delicious cereal. No added sugar and salt is a plus. I can add as much or as little sugar as I choose.
I love this because it actually has wheat. This cereal is not a sugar pot as other ones are. I like the fact that we can add our own sugar to taste and not be overwhelmed with sweetness.
This is usually my main meal of the day.I'm not a person for eating lunch so,I try to at least eat a balanced Breakfast.I have a bowl of Nabisco Shredded Wheat because I don't have to worry about Calories,Sugar,my Cholestrol ,salt or Carbohytrate. There are so many bad things in most cereals but Shredded Wheat has only Wheat and Fiber which is good for me.It is hard to find a good cereal for Breakfast but,I like this one and sometimes when I want a night snack,I'll have another bowl of Nabisco Shredded Wheat.Sometimes I like to put fresh Blueberries on them or fresh Strawberries to change it up.With a little sugar to sweeten the taste a little, and a cup of Fresh Milk on top,I]m ready to dig in.It is very filling and I don't even have toast with it because I'm too full.It is a great way to start the day and I find also that it gives me a bit of energy in the mornings.I would recommend this product.
I remember eating this as a kid, sitting on my dad's lap eating this cereal. Having sugar in it and some toast along with it. It's an alright cereal.
Nabisco Shredded Wheat:
WOW this bring me backto childhood!! Love this product, can add so many things to it!
Shredded Wheat is one of my favorite healthy cereals. It has no sugar and lots of fiber. A great healthy choice.
My husband absolutely loves this cereal. I like that it has less sugar and there are many ways to serve it, such as a bit of sugar or with fruit such as bananas and strawberries. My kids like it too, which is nice to see that it makes their approved list!
This is literally the only cereal I eat. For me, all the others have much too high a sugar content which I don't need or like; and kids eat way too much of the sugary cereals as far as I'm concerned. It can't be that good for them
