Cette céréale n'est pas sucrée mais elle offre les valeurs nutritives pour débuter une bonne journée donc, elle se mange très bien avec des fruits frais. Elle fait partie des céréales santé que j'aime bien manger.

Il m'arrive aussi d'y ajouter du yogourt et des fruits au lieu du lait ce qui complète vraiment un bon déjeuner

As a morning cereal they are very good.
Great as a snack with some fruit on top and a dollop of greek yoghurt.
The only drawback is how quickly they get soggy after you add the milk.
However, on the good side if you microwave it after you put the milk on - you get a nice hot breakfast.

I remember eating this as a kid, sitting on my dad's lap eating this cereal. Having sugar in it and some toast along with it. It's an alright cereal.
