I love Netflix!
It's opened me up to so many TV shows and movies that I've never seen before!
It's much cheaper than cable and although a lot of the content is older, it has such a variety of shows and movies that there's definitely something there for everyone that they haven't seen before.
It's also great to be able to start watching a series knowing that all the episodes are there just waiting to be watched, no need to download the next one or wait for the next episode to air on cable!
It’s also a lot of fun choosing a movie on Netflix with your partner. It’s like being at a video store without having to leave your own couch! :)

I love Netflix! I haven't had cable for years and was really loving all the free time I had to do other things but when I wanted to relax and "turn off" my brain I had to watch a movie from my dvd collection. I was getting sick of watching the same movies over and over. So I tried Netflix. It's amazing! for $8 a month I can watch TV series (which I haven't seen since I haven't had cable for years) and hundreds of great movies! I love that I can watch episode after episode and not have to wait till next week to know what happens. I love that I can pause a movie or show pick up again where I left off even if someone watches something else before I get back to it. I love that I can sign into Netflix from anywhere with a computer, game console or compatible device. I suspect this will replace traditional ways of watching television and renting movies.

I use netflix, I will never rent a movie again ! I watch it on the wii and on the playstation !
There is a wide selection, they may not be the best/most recent but it still has great movies.
You can also watch selected tv seasons which is nice too

I was unsure what category to put Netflix under, so I hope people find it if looking!! Anyways, I just recently subscribed to Netflix after finding that we were paying far too much ( for such little) for the movie package/on demand services with our local cable provider. I had heard mixed reviews about Netflix, but since you are able to receive a free trial month at first, I jumped on it! It has been pretty good so far. You can watch new releases, seasons of selected tv shows, childrens programming, favourites and classics, comedy sketches AND listen to music. Within all that, there is quite a bit to choose from, especially for only $7.99 a month (after your free month trial). The only downside is, it does take up A LOT of bandwidth from your internet, so make sure if you do subscribe, get an unlimited bandwidth package so you dont get a giant bill!!
