These looked so fluffy and soft and effective in the commercial, so I had to try them. I was a little shocked by the price, especially for the amount of product you got. They were dry and did nothing to remove my eye makeup, other than pull out some lashes. Disgusted, I ended up using them for my face makeup, which they could barely handle either. Serious let down, Neutrogena!

Definitely the best makeup remover I've tried. It's gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I find that it removes my makeup quite good as well.

This is the best eye-makeup remover I've ever tried. It doesn't take a lot of product, and it really does a great job of breaking down my mascara (which is my biggest concern). I don't have to tug or pull on my eyes, and I don't lose lashes. It doesn't burn or irritate my eyes, either. It still leaves behind a sort of greasy film, despite being oil free, but it's nothing that a little warm water doesn't wash away. Love this stuff!

No..no...no no! if you have any kind of sensitive eyes, skin, contacts etc..do not buy! I have sensitive skin and contacts but usually my eyes arent super duper sensitive, but with this .ouuuch! It would sting really bad, smell funky, and my skin would sorto f itchy after it so I decided to switch..wasnt worth it!

I'd used Lancome Bifacile before trying this make up remover. This works remarkably well and at the mid-range price point, it's worth the money and takes off waterproof mascara well. The big bottle lasts for a couple months too.

The only thing that I don't like about it is the greasy residue I feel on my skin afterwards. But it's nothing a little water can't wash off so I'm happy to finish using my current bottle before repurchasing. Worth the buy.

Personally, this product was not for me.

The few times that I had used this product, I found that it left my eyes extremely oily and stung a bit, forcing me to wash my entire face. The bottle says that it is oil free but you can clearly see two layers once the product has settled.

I admit, it does remove my makeup fairly well but as far as I am concerned, I am not a fan.

I've been using this eye makeup remover for a very long time.
Despite the name, "oil free", I find a slight residue after using this, so I usually go over it with a cleanser.
Other than that, it works great, inexpensive and doesn't have a smell. If I use my Dejavu Fiberwig mascara, I just have to hold the cotton pad on a bit longer or just use water to remove.
I can't even remember how many bottles I've gone through.

Very good make-up remover, especially for waterproof mascara.

As stated below, I don't believe it is 100% oil-free but it's pretty close. It works better than some of the more pricier products out there and if I get the product in my eye I have no irritations.
