The wipes were dry

I felt like I was rough on my face rubbing the cloth all over to remove make-up residue. My face did not feel refreshed and I had to wash my face after to feel clean and revitalized. Not impressed with it but I know a moisturized product can dry out but not before I get it home from the store. I also find the package does not reseal. For the price it had no extra benefits but failed my needs.
