I love this product! I have extremely dry skin and am lazy about moisturizing after each shower. This seemed like an answer to my prayers when I received this product to try out. It feels quite slimy the first time you use it, but after you rinse off, the softness surprisingly stays!
Repeated usage made my skin baby soft, but do keep in mind that the hydration stays max for a day or so. I use it in conjunction with a moisturizing body wash and skip applying body lotion after using this.
Would definitely recommend it, a must-have especially in winters

I enjoyed trying out this product. The lotion was easy and fast to apply all over the skin. After patting my skin dry from the shower my skin felt moisturized which lasted throughout the day. So much so that I didn't need to apply lotion to my hands which I always do after a shower. It also had a nice light scent that lingered on the skin.

I received this product to test and am so happy I got to try it. It's absolutely amazing! I loved the scent - not overpowering at all, it's that wonderful Nivea scent I've loved growing up. It's extremely effective in it's moisturizing capabilities and did not feel greasy at all. The only downside was when applying it in the shower, the floor of the tub did get slick in a few spots - nothing major, just something to keep in mind - safety first!

I was skeptical as to how an in-shower body lotion would work, it just didn't seem logical to me. I was more than willing to try this however as I really don't like the feel of lotion on my skin after a shower. It works extremely well. First the scent is really nice (cocoa butter) and appropriate for both males and females. It comes out nice and thick just like I would have expected from a lotion. It rinses off nicely without leaving a residue. Once I was dried off my skin was left feeling soft and hydrated. There was a very light scent left on my skin. The only reason I give this a 4 out of 5 stars is because it does make the shower/tub slippery. There is a caution note on the bottle to warn users of this, so please be careful. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is able to navigate a slippery tub/shower. I probably would not recommend its use for the very old or anyone else who may be frail and having a slippery surface poses too much of a risk.

But after using it I really liked it. I love the feeling of not having to wait until I am dry to lotion up and I have really dry skin right now due to the winter weather. I found it did a good job.
I will be buying again .

I wasn't quite sure what to expect here, I've never used a body lotion in the shower.

I did like the product, leaves my skin feeling moisturized and has a nice scent. Non sticky. It does make your tub very slippery though (as the warning on the back of the product says), so you have to be careful. I would not recommend it for someone who needs extra support or balance in the shower.

Overall, I liked it, I will continue to use.

I have had the Nivea In-Shower Cocoa Butter Body Lotion for approximately 6-7 days now. This product was sent to me by Chic Advisor to test and give my honest review.

I have to be frank I was a bit skeptical of this product; in-shower lotion? who puts on lotion just to rinse it off? how is that even going to work or keep your skin hydrated? oh well lets see what happens.

I will admit there were times I forgot to put the lotion on in the shower, solely out of habit, so I would have to hop back into the shower again then put the lotion on and rinse off. Once this became the new norm it was easy peasy from there.

The package is simple, just a normal shower gel bottle, I would say. The lotion is thick and creamy; so a little goes a long way. It has a nice fragrance; a delicious cocoa-esq scent that fills the air in my bathroom, very pleasing to the nostrils, takes you away for a bit, almost aroma-therapeutic. The product goes on smooth, just like a normal lotion would, nothing out of the norm there. Once you rinse away the product you are left with silky, smooth, hydrated skin.

My concern was what would happen not that I have washed away all this lotion, would my skin dry out? would I need to apply another lotion to help my skin. No and No! After rinsing the lotion off I pat dried my skin, got dressed, then went about my day. I could not believe it, I was hydrated all day, my skin felt smooth and there was a cooling sensation present. All day! I kept touching my skin, a bit too much, but it was the shock and the way this lotion had my skin feeling amazing. I also noticed that after a few days I had a brighter, more even toned complexion.

Pleasantly surprised Nivea. I will rave about my new lotion and my new habit. Which by the way, in my mind, has saved me 5mins in my daily routine. Its nice to just hop out the shower and be done, just get dressed and be on my way. Great product. Don't take my word, try it for yourself, I guarantee you'd love it. New Staple for me.

I always hate using body moisturizer after I get out of the shower, so this is an amazing solution. I love the way it feels on my skin and how my skin feels after I use it. Not to mention that it smells pretty good too. I have to hide it from my fiance so he doesn't steal all of it!

I really enjoyed using this product. The smell was great as well as the texture, after rinsing off the product my skin felt hydrated and most importantly my skin was not sticky.

This is my first experience with in-shower body lotion. Somtimes I think we have hair conditioner but why not on body. This 'body conditioning' is moisture but not oily. The coconut butter is not too stronge and leave a mild scented after washed off. Sometimes I find so hard to put lotion on my back after shower. Right now, I could use this in-shower body lotion to solve my problem. I love this product and specially good for winter.
