I would never have thought to buy an in shower body lotion as it seemed like a gimmick to me but consider me impressed! I have really dry skin and no matter what kind of moisturizer I use, I always feel that it's easy too greasy or doesn't do a good job. I really like the Nivea in shower body lotion as I can just put it on while showering and come out feeling fully moisturized. The only downside is that I don't think it actually lasts 24 hours as my skin feels dry again in about 12 hours. I don't usually shower every 12 hours so I would have to put on other body lotion. However, I do like it overall.

The Nivea In-Shower cocoa Butter Body Lotion is probably not something I would buy all the time. I have mixed emotions about it. I do feel that it does a decent job at locking in some moisture as a lotion but not for 24 hours. To me it feels like I am putting on a coating of hair conditioner on my body or a waterproof sunscreen. The water seems to have a barrier once applied. They claim it to not be sticky and I agree with that statement. I also found that I needed to use a lot to cover my body. I also tried it out in my two daughters ages 4+5, as their skin is really dry esp in the winter months. Again I did need to apply lotion to their bodies within 12 hours after using the Nivea in-shower lotion, as they were dry and itchy. I would probably consider buying this product for our family, only in the winter months as that is when we seem to have really dry skin, and use it as an added extra moisturizer and continue with our daily lotion application.

This in shower lotion is amazing! The second I opened the bottle and had a smell I was in love! It smells amazing! When I'm almost ready to get out of the shower I apply the lotion to my skin all over and a little goes a long way, then get out and pat dry. It's amazing how this stuff works my skin feels amazing....soft and such an amazing smell! It doesn't leave your skin greasy just nice and soft and moisturized! I was really skeptical about these In Shower moisturizers but I am sold now on this one!

I was excited to try this product as it could potential reduce my skin care time by application during the shower. The product itself has the consistency of most other moisturizers. Initially, I tried to use my shower pouf to apply the product, but it is much better applied just using your hands. The Cocoa Butter fragrance is not one I prefer, so I thought was stronger than I would like.

My skin was certainly very well moisturized while still in the shower and after the water rinse. I advise being careful not to apply too much on the soles of the feet as it can be a slipping hazard. I felt that some of the product was removed during towel drying, so I would recommend pat-drying with a towel instead of rub-drying.

I prefer a deep moisturizer on my skin (especially in the winter months), and I did not feel the moisturizing feeling stayed for more than an hour or two. I wouldn't mind using this product in the morning and be moisturized for the morning; however, I do not feel it provides sufficient moisturization for overnight. I would be applying another product for overnight.

This product would be work well as a daily moisturizing product.

I received a full size trial of the Nivea In Shower Cocoa butter body lotion, and was really excited when I opened the box and found it. The packaging is convenient with the lid at the bottom and it informed me of the benefits of the product. I have been using it for a week now and I really like the product. Its as simple as rubbing it on all over after you've washed then quickly rinsing it off and BOOM you're moisturized as easy as that. No more lotion after I've dried off. It leaves your skin nice and smooth and soft, no greasy slippery feeling, and it lasts all day long. Great stuff Nivea!

1. How was your experience with this product based on the advertised benefits? This is a great product because it is used in the shower and washed off! I am not a huge fan of moisturizers usually because they leave my skin feeling sticky with residue... with this product I didn't have that issue at all! It rinsed off very well and left my skin feeling baby smooth right out of the shower! I have dry skin this time of year so this is great for me! I will definitely continue to use this product.

2. How would you compare this product to your usual skincare product? Since it doesn't leave behind residue/stickiness I think it is much better than anything I have ever tried... and the scent is amazing, I love the smell of cocoa butter.

3. Would you purchase this product again? I think I will add this to my daily routine from now on. I just love it!

4. Would you recommend this product to a friend? Absolutely! Especially if they have very dry skin!

I just received my Nivea Box the other day and am loving it! In particular, the body lotion is simply divine. Like most people at this time of year, my skin is very dry and I actually had little bumps which I am sure was from excessive dryness. I tried loofah gloves and usually forgot to apply lotion after my shower, but even when I remembered, I was still very dry, especially after working out and showering. With the Nivea, it's right there in the shower and you use it after washing. Apply, rinse off and that's it! I am shocked at how silky my skin is from just a few days and no more bumps. The scent is gentle and my BF loves it too. I simply love this because it works brilliantly and is easy to use and is not greasy at all. I will definitely buy this when we run out.

It's super easy to use and really does a good job hydrating my skin. No stickiness afterwards either so you can definitely dress yourself right away after showering. Love the cocoa butter fragrance as well, super light and not too strong :) Totally would recommend!

After reading a suggestion from another reviewer, I used this in place of shaving cream. I found it to be an excellent use of the product, because it left my legs soft and smooth. I also used it on the rest of my body but really prefer it as a shaving lotion. And I liked that it didn't leave the bottom of my tub slippery.

So far so good. I just received it. My skin feels soft. Doesn't lose moisture. I can't say for sure if I'll completely switch over to it once it's finished. I have extremely dry skin so I like an actual lotion. It's convenient putting it on while in the shower.
