I use this toner after washing off my make-up at the end of the day. It's lightweight, smells good, and does a good job of taking off any residual make-up that my cleanser missed. After that, my skin feels tighter and taut.

I skin felt clean and refreshed after each use, it was gentle on my skin and helped minimize my pores. It's very inexpensive and I'd definitely continue using it.

The NIVEA Refreshing Toner was an Okay product for me. It smells nice, feels refreshing, the toner dries pretty quickly, and it seemed like it did a great job at cleansing my skin. However, before moisturizing, my skin felt a bit dried out from the toner.

This is a great toner for the inexpensive price point of the Nivea products. It's a very good starting toner to get in the daily regimen. I would highly recommend trying this out.

Its a decent toner for the price. I would recommend for those who want a gentle, yet effective toner from the drugstore, as its good for its price point!

Not one of my favorit product because I know there is much better product else where. There benefit is that this product as a great smell, it is cheap, and a see-through packaging. I believe for my self there is too much alchool in this product.

It's was a very refreshing change to my routine normally I have a very strict routine that I donot deeveate from because my skin is so picky, I was very impressed that nivia refreshing toner proved to do everything that it claimed to do!! Way to go

Nivea Refreshing Toner is effective in making your face feel taunt but light, clean and refreshed. It is a good toner for the budget conscious woman.

I do like the Nivea toners and I tried this kind a few times. He smell of it is very refreshing and it makes your face look awake and bright. I usually apply it morning and night.

From a person that usually uses Vichy, La Roche Posay or NeoStrada, this product has been a lifesaver.

it's calming, hydrating, oil-free and very comfortable on the skin. It effectively removes any residue from my cleaner and face care system. Being only $8.99, it's a complete steal for those who would like a cheaper alternative to their demo-cosmetic brands. I've now been using this toner for two months instead of my Vichy one, and quite honestly I didn't see too much of a difference between them both

CONS:
- you'll have to use multiple cotton pads
- best used with a milk cleanser, which I do not have
- does not prevent against aging, no antioxidant benefits or hard water correction
