We LOVE cheese , many varieties and flavors. This is a wonderful cheese, sharp flavors and so great for a snack on it's own or in so many great dishes. Cheese is so yummy, just can't get enough.

I use a lot of cheese for a lot of recipes so I tend to buy this one. It tastes great and really can't detect a big difference from the brand name ones. It tastes the same in my mac and cheese as the popular brands.I always have a block of this in the fridge.
