Shrimp chips are very popular in Asia. I am glad to find these shrimp chips in Canada. Nongshim chips are so crispy and full of flavour. My husband always stock them up when they are on sale.

I was really hoping these would be the same as 'prawn crackers' that you get at a Chinese take-away in the UK. Alas, they are not. That being said, they are still really tasty and filling with a great texture. Probably the closest I've found so far. If you like shrimp/prawn (or if like me, you only like fake shrimp/prawn) you'll love these!
