I've been taking these because I have some bad insomnia. These actually help fall asleep. It helps shut my brain off for those few minutes so I can drift away. They are very affordable too. They have helped me with sleep.

I use Nytol occasionally as I sometimes have weeks where sleep is non-existent. I find the extra-strength more effective then the regular.
I take one pill about half an hour before I go to bed and it lets me fall asleep and stay asleep for at least 6 or so hours, without waking up in between. I don't have difficulty waking up when the alarm goes off and I am not the least bit groggy. Plus, I do not get a dry mouth, like other sleep aids i have used in the past.
I highly recommend Nytol as an occasional sleep aid, and if you are not used to taking them, I would try the regular first
