I have been waiting for so long to find these where I live, and now that I finally have, I am SUPER excited. All the hype towards these is well deserved, they are just as great as everyone claims them to be. They're smooth, and creamy, and PIGMENTED! Overall fantastic. They work best as a base, and make eyeshadows over top really stand out. I love these!
