These are great vitamins. I love that they are targeted to women because we do need different vitamins than men

These are the vitamin im using right now, im on my 3rd year with these. Very basic multivitamin. Im considering doing little research and choose a different vitamin when this is done as i feel i need little more of certain vitamins

the one a day multi GUMMY vitamins are tasty, and because they're gummy, they're more pleasant than regular vitamins.

Doesn't bother my stomach. Seems fine.

These are a great alternative to taking many different pills. Just wish they were a little smaller in size

I found Woman's one a day to be the most effective for my needs.

No clue if they are working, but I've been taking them for about a year now. My doctor had recommended me to start taking a women's vitamin, so I chose this one. Blood work has all come out normal, so that's a plus?!

I'm not too sure how to tell if they are working or not but I admire that I no longer have to take the 8 vitamins a day that I was previously taking! These have the perfect amount of everything mixed into one, easy to swallow tablet.
