I received a deluxe sample size of this product in the Great Cleanse pack from Sephora. I'm not sure if I like this product yet. It doesn't froth no matter if I massage with my hands or even my Boscia sponge. It also has a weird smell, it's not unpleasant but it is very herbally.

This product is a bit expensive for a cleanser but its worth every penny!! I just love it so much. This cleanser is so good that it doesn't dry my skin at all after a wash. It hydrates and cleanse at the same time. Best cleanser i have ever tried in my life.

Cake face no more!! If you pile on the makeup...it's a requirement to use this cleanser at night!... it leaves your face feeling sooo clean without feeling dry!... A little goes a super long way so it will last you a good while!

I purchased this cleanser for the fall when my combination skin goes a little psycho and becomes super oily and super dry in different parts of my face. It comes in two sizes, at least at Sephora, so you don't have to commit to an expensive are size unless you are sure of it. I was pleasantly surprised how it didn't strip away all the moisture on my skin, but still made it feel clean. I still do use a moisturizer with this as my skin tends to crack around my mouth and nose without it.

It's amazing for combination skin and leaves your skin feeling super clean. Not too drying but still a really thorough cleanser.

Great face wash that just foams on your face so that you don't get it everywhere. It leaves your skin smooth and feeling very cleaned.

I use this cleanser with my clarisonic everynight and it works really well. I definitely feel that my face is cleaner after i use it. It foams really well and a little goes a long way. You really need to use just a pea size so it is really worth the money.

I really enjoyed this cleanser! Its super gentle and makes your skin feel great!

The smell leaves a lot to be desired, but even as someone who is very turned off by bad smells it is tolerable. The lather this produces is wonderful and makes you feel like you have adequately cleaned your face without being super harsh and making your skin feel dry and tight.

I used to use the Clinique 3-step system, but I found that it wasn't working anymore. So, I went in search of a new product for my very oily/combination skin. I went to the Origins counter at the Bay Downtown Vancouver. The staff there is amazing; very friendly and always willing to chat about products. Checks and Balances is a foamy cleanser that smells great (bergamot, spearmint and lavender) and works really, really well. You only need a tiny bit of product and it foams up really nicely. My skin feels clean but not tight like it would with the Clinique cleanser. Excellent stuff!!
