Well bought product

I’m big on skin care, and I love this foaming cleanser. After each use, my face feels very clean, I can see that it’s clean and it’s very soft on the skin. Doesn’t feel harsh at all, and I don’t have to worry about it drying out my skin like other cleaners do.

Best face wash for combo skin

I got a free trial size of this from Sephora and I have been using it for about two weeks now. I have extremely oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. This face wash has literally changed my skin in such a short time. I haven't had a single breakout since I started using it. It isn't too harsh or drying on my sensitive skin. I thought the idea of "balancing" the skin was just a marketing gimmick but I get it now, because my skin does feel balanced (not too oily, not too dry). It seems to good to be true but I think it's definitely worth a shot if you have multiple skin issues!! Typical acne cleansers are so harsh for sensitive skin so this is a great "inbetween" one for me.

Great cleanser that doesn't dry your face

This smells amazing, it cleans your face so well and doesn't dry your face out. I was staying at a friend's house and borrowed this face wash one night and had to go buy it he next day, I have been using it for years now. The bottle lasts a long time too!

Fresh, frothy and effective

Love the subtle spearmint scent of this face wash. I also love how light and bubbling it is on my skin and how refreshed my face feels afterwards. It is a little high end price wise but a little goes a long way and it lasts forever.

Repurchased after getting sample

I placed a recent Sephora order and had the chance to get a free deluxe sample of the Origins Frothy Face Wash.

The deluxe sample I received was a 1 fl.oz./30 ml clear tube.The product is free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates. However, I was disappointed to learn that it is not cruelty-free as the name, look and free of the brand suggests this, well to me it does anyway.

To use the product you simply squeeze a small amount into your hand, mix with water to lather and then apply to the face. After swirling over the entire face you rinse with water and you are done. You should use this morning and evening for the best results.

The first thing I have to mention is that you only need a very tiny amount. The first time I used it I probably used about three times what I needed, so only begin with a pea-size amount and you will see that will be more than enough for your whole face and neck.

It lathers really well and feels very soft on the skin. When I rinse the product off, my face feels very clean and fresh. After patting dry, my face never felt tight or dry, just very refreshed. I have never had a reaction to the product and no irritation.


After using this for a couple of weeks, I fell in love with it and purchased the full-size version whcih i think will last me about 5 months.

First five stars

I think this is the only product I would give a five stars for all. I am a very tough critic when it comes to my facial products. I got the 1 oz/30 ml one. Although it is little, I love how long it lasts. I also love the smell. Even through a cold, I can smell the mint. I love the texture of the wash. It is rich and creamy. Finally, I love how it leaves my skin. My skin is very oily and it leaves my skin firm and smooth. love it!

More than a year!

I have never stuck with a skin care regime for more than a couple of months. I have been using this as my primary face wash for more than a year, and I love it. If I don't need too much deep cleaning, I just wash with this and a microfiber cloth. If I want a deeper clean, I will use it with my electronic face brush. Love it.

I received this cleanser as part of a gift with purchase from an upscale cosmetics store. I was hooked after the first wash. The smell is light and flowery. The frothiness that occurs is such a unique experience, the cleanser becomes super smooth and creamy when applied to your skin.
I have normal to dry skin depending on the season and I find this to be effective in cleansing without overly drying out my skin. My skin is left tight and smooth after use.
The cost is okay, more than a drugstore cleanser but i feel the value for this product is there. The cost is approximately $22.00 for a five ounce tube.
Overall, the high price tag shouldn't be a deterrent not to purchase, the frothiness of this face wash allows you to use a small amount of cleanser for your whole face.
