Surprised!

I have tried a variety of different pastas in my life time and i’m genuinely impressed by the flavour and texture of this edamame one! It’s not often a protein pasta translates much of a difference to me but it was delightful!

I have been hospitalized for the past two months so I have been unable to try this pasta as my meals have been catered. However, 2026 is being more intentional with what I feed myself especially as I will be post partum. I love how it has two ingredients and it’s super clean. I also love how it’s gluten free and still looks like normal pasta with the mushiness. Can’t wait to make this swap!

Great for Asian inspired dishes

I used these noodles as part of a stir fry using hoisin sauce and it was absolutely delicious! I feel these would make a great ramen substitute and look forward to using these in more Asian inspired dishes. Love that this made my dishes way healthier than usual, just by using these noodles, and they tasted great. Feeling energized and ready to go for the day.

Amazing healthy pasta!

Absolutely loved it

I honestly thought it would be suck and taste horrid but it was a good surprise at how nice it was, it is really chewy and not soggy and is ready in just a few minutes

Healthy pasta that actually tastes good

Otelia sent me their edamame spaghetti and I was genuinely impressed. It’s organic, gluten-free, and made from just beans and water, nothing else. No fillers, no extras. I paired it with our family’s favourite homemade shrimp sauce and it held the flavour so well. The texture is great, filling without feeling heavy, and perfect for quick family meals when you still want something clean and nourishing. This one’s definitely staying in our pantry.

Can’t believe it’s Edamame

Delicious tasty pasta. Quick and easy to follow instructions. Enjoyed eatings this pasta. It’s great that it’s orgnanic. Easier on the stomach to digest. Pairs well with different sauces

A savior for gluten resistant folks

This is the only gluten free pasta that does not go mushy. It is so firm and the texture is so good. I dont feel that I am missing on something when I consume this.

Great taste

This was a great pasta! The texture was very nice and it really kept its structure (even when reheating leftovers the next day). Super easy to cook so it was great for a quick high protein meal!

A Gluten Free Pasta I Actually Keep Buying

Otelia protein pasta is one of the few gluten free pastas I genuinely enjoy. It cooks quickly, holds its shape, and has a firm texture that never turns mushy. There is no chalky taste or strange aftertaste, just pasta that tastes like pasta.
