I tried Otelia’s Organic Edamame Spaghetti and I loved the clean ingredients since it’s literally just beans and water. The texture was surprisingly good for a gluten free pasta because it stayed firm and didn’t get mushy. It cooks fast and is super high in protein, which makes it great for quick healthy meals. The taste wasn’t my favourite on its own, but with a good sauce and veggies it worked really well. I’d still reach for it again for the nutrition and convenience.

Good for gym lover
The pasta is with high protein and gluten free that’s amazing. Very easy to cook just in 4-6 minutes. Not mushy and really firm. If it could be smoother and softer would be great.

Tastes Great and Is Healthy!
I tried the Otelia Organic Edamame Spaghetti and was genuinely surprised by how much I loved it. It’s made from 100% organic edamame beans, so it’s packed with protein, fibre, and all those good-for-you nutrients, but it still feels super light and satisfying. I love that it’s gluten-free and such an easy way to add more protein into my meals without really thinking about it. The texture is great, especially for a plant-based noodle, and it pairs so well with pretty much any sauce or veggies I throw at it. It’s definitely become one of those pantry staples I reach for when I want something quick, healthy, and delicious.

Good gluten-free option for extra protein
I was surprised when I heard an edamame pasta existed, but I really liked the fact that you can add extra protein to your meal easily. The fact that it's gluten free makes it much better too!

Unique
I recieved this to try and made a simple spaghetti Bolognese dish with to it. The noodles were really easy to cook, and combined well with the sauce. The texture was nice, not mushy or soggy, but it did have a bit of chew to it which some might not enjoy. I could definitely taste the edamame and though I appreciate the taste, my children didn't. I think this is a great healthy alternative to most pastas, and a great way to add in more protein and fibre, but I wouldn't repurchase to feed my kids, only up eat for myself. - Product gifted by Otelia.

Looks like straw but actually tastes like pasta!
This edamame spaghetti was really surprising. I was hesitant because I have never tried anything like this before. The shape and texture was very similar to spaghetti my husband didn’t even know it was made from beans! Even my picky eating son had two bowls which never happens.

Tried edamame spaghetti for the first time
I tried the Otelia Organic Edamame Spaghetti and the first thing I noticed was the strong edamame flavour. It was a bit more intense than I expected, and it definitely changed the way my usual carbonara tastes. It was still good, just very different from the classic version I normally make.
What I did really like were the benefits. The high protein, the fibre, and the simple ingredients are all huge wins, and the texture stayed firm even after mixing it into the sauce. I actually enjoyed trying something new, and I think next time I’d pair it with a different recipe to see how it works in another dish.
It was a unique experience, and I’d try it again in a way that better suits the edamame flavour.

Thank you for sending these gluten free noodles. When I received these noodle packet I was very excited to try these noodle. I read all the thing. I cooked by Indian desi style. Taste was very good.

A great way to get some extra protein and fibre!
This edamame spaghetti cooked perfectly in 4-6 minutes and it came out firm, not mushy and tasted almost like regular pasta. The only thing that didn't make it feel like authentic pasta was the texture. It wasn't smooth and slippery like regular spaghetti and had a slightly thicker consistency, and while that didn't bother me, that could bother someone who is looking for the same texture/feeling as regular pasta. I used it to make a garlic parmesan pasta, and I think that it would also be perfect for stir fries or ramen. And who doesn’t like pasta? It’s a quick and easy dish for an evening dinner if you have a busy lifestyle. And as someone who has been more mindful lately about adding more protein and fibre into their diet, I would definitely repurchase this.

The macros on this pasta are incredible: high protein, high fibre, and super clean ingredients.
