I love having coconut rich meals. Without adding lore calories this spray helps me to taste coconut in all my dishes. It has wonderful aroma. Does its work perfectly without wasting much oil and adding more calories.

we all want to try to eat and cook healthier, I have used coconut oil for everything over the past year but had always used the hard form in a container and this is just a great item to have handy to the stove. perfect for cooking eggs, stir fry, chicken etc...makes everything cook perfectly, no sticking and amazing flavour

Amazing coconut

This coconut oil adds such an aromatic and great taste to all dishes. My favourite is frying shrimp in a pan along side this spray. It’s so good and definitely deserves 5 stars!

Not as good as I expected

I bought 2 cans of this product, on sale. The nozzles on them
Must have been defective because after only a few uses, I was unable to get any spray to come out of the van, despite feeling that the can was almost full.

Great product

My daughter has allergies and we were very pleased to find this product. It works great for stove top cooking and oven cooking. The convince of a spray is very nice and a quicker option. Will definitely purchase again.

Adds great flavour!

This product is such a refreshing and healthier replacement for the other Pam. In the past few years, I've been gradually changing my cooking & baking ingredients to a healthier version. This Pam Coconut Oil Cooking Spray does not disappoint in the flavour department! I use this for my baked egg cups and for basic stove top cooking. My only complaint is that the nozzle clogs and has to be cleaned before each use. Otherwise, I'll continue to bake and cook with this wonderful cooking spray!

Great Healthy Option

I like the taste and appreciate having this option available to me over traditional cooking sprays. I did find that the spray nozzle got clogged quite frequently but if you run it under hot water, as the can suggests, it works great. Only a mild inconvenience but worth it for me. I will definitely buy this again.

I had higher expectations for this product. I thought there would be at least a mild coconut flavour and there really wasn't any. i also found it very poor at keeping things non stick. i feel the original is so much better.

If you are using coconut oil you are probably aware of all the fabulous health benefits already. I love that Pam is making it accessible for a substitute to other types of oil by putting it in a spray dispenser.

This spray is perfect for coating a pan before frying eggs or lightly greasing baking pans.

Another benefit which I have recently discovered is using it to lightly spray homemade granola when baking it to get the golden-brown affect and added flavour.

Delicious finally meets healthy and convenient!

I love this cooking spray Coconut oil! This is practically the only oil I'm using for cooking. This is an healthier choice and it's also gluten free!! Be sure to wipe the spray nozzle after each use otherwise, the Coconut oil will become solid and it will be harder to spray correctly.
