I received PanOxyl Acne Wash for free from Butterly for testing and review purposes. PanOxyl Acne Wash is easy to use for cleansing the skin. It has a creamy texture with a slight scent similar to other products with benzoyl peroxide as an ingredient. As someone with combination skin that can be sensitive, I prefer to use PanOxyl Acne Wash every other day to limit potential dryness. I have been fortunate to use several PanOxyl products and find them to be very effective. I’ve been using the PanOxyl 4% wash for about a week now, and honestly, I’m already seeing a bit of a difference. I got it for my face since I’ve been dealing with some breakouts, and it’s helped calm things down. Nothing super dramatic yet, but my skin definitely looks less irritated and a bit clearer.
I was kind of expecting it to dry me out (since it’s benzoyl peroxide), but the 4% has actually been pretty gentle. I’ve been using it once a day at night, leaving it on for a minute or so before rinsing, and then I moisturize right after. So far, no peeling or redness.

PanOxyl Acne Wash is for both face and body. It is gentle on skin and works to help clear acne and help prevent new breakouts. I used this wash on both my face and body where I am acne prone, and found it gathered up well and was truly easy on my skin. I noticed an improvement in the redness of my existing acne after using this product a few times. It seemed to prevent new acne as well, as I didn't notice any while using this product. Not as effective as hoped

I was hoping that the face cleanser would be a bit more affective than it ended up being. Glad that I was able to try it before purchasing. It was nice and thick but unfortunately didn’t meet my hopes.

Product gifted by Revance Canada and we put it to the test as someone with severe cystic acne I avoid most products. This actually calmed my flare up took out some of the redness and truly cleared some of my face! I will certainly purchase some in the near future.
