Regular hydrocolloid bandage

The panoxyl overnight bandages come in 2 sizes. For medium Asian skin, it blended in really well. I tried this out on a few breakouts and I can't say that it's a miracle worker. I tried it on a pimple that I let dry out for about a day. It was a bit hard by the time I put the patch on and the next morning, the scab came off with the bandaid. I put it on a few other breakouts and I find it really only works for big white pimples that are ready to be popped. Otherwise it didn't seem to do much because when I woke up, the pimple would still be there, but same size as the night before.

If you haven’t tried them before, hydrocolloid patches are pure magic if you experience (and please pardon the off-putting description) large, pus-filled blemishes. Got a juicy pimple? Choose the best of two sizes of PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches, make sure your skin is clean and dry, slap it on, and go to sleep knowing that the next morning your pimple will be at least (in my experience) 75% flatter than before. You will be shocked to see just how much pus/fluid has been absorbed into the patch.

I also found the PanOxyl patches to be extremely adhesive under my skincare routine and thin/transparent enough to wear in the daytime without detection, unless at close range. They are absolutely a must try! Thanks PanOxyl and Butterly!

Didn’t work for me!

Unfortunately- even after following package instructions, I didn’t find any success with these patches. I used them three times over the few weeks I had to test them out and they didn’t work any of the three times. I found that they just really covered up my pimple until the patch peeled the top layer off upon removal and then I just had them bleed and leave a scab. I appreciate how these really do blend in and are not noticeable, and I like the two different sizes. Just unfortunately for me, didn’t work out.

My go to acne patch!

This is now my go to acne patch! It goes on completely clear, and unnoticable, and helps with targetted acne treatment! I put it on and by the next morning the area is significantly flatter and less noticeable. This is my first product from Panoxyl and now I'm curious about the whole line of products!

Quick relief for stubborn spots

I had a horrible breakout after my vacation from all the sweating in the heat. These patches came in clutch! I used them on my body (shoulders, back) in addition to my face. They worked fantastic, cleared the spots up quickly, and left no scarring compared to drying lotions I would previously use. No residual irritation or dryness.

Efficient and convenient acne dots!

PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are an efficient and convenient way to help get rid of pimples by absorbing the gross stuff, all while you’re sleeping. These dots also helped in keeping me from picking in the late evenings. Just apply your acne dot, go to bed and let it do its job! Wedding saver

The night before a wedding that I was a bridesmaid for my face, broke out with a couple pimples, so I put on the patches after showering and before bed. When I woke up, you could not even see that there was anything on my face the night before. It saved me from having to put on a whole lot of concealer under even more make up. I would highly recommend these!

Best Acne overnight spot patched

These are my favorite spot patches. They stay put but are as "invisible" which is the best part and I love it. I have a habit of touching the pimple so I use the patches in days also to limit the touch. I noticed the bump on my skin and applied it on night and next morning I can see the bump has reduced.

Didn't really work for me

I was lucky enough to be chosen to review free PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches in exchange for an honest review.
I've used a few different brands of spot patches, and unfortunately these are my least favourite. My kiddo and I tried them, as we both had a few spots to take care of. We left them on overnight after washing our faces and patting them dry, but hooo boy they were not fun to take off. It was like ripping a bandaid off that was super stuck to your skin. Normally spot patches come off pretty easily, especially after a whole night of being on your skin, but these were rough. We also noticed the spots hadn't really decreased in size and mine seemed MORE inflamed the next day. I don't think I'll be trying these again, sorry.

Great for breakouts

I received this product to try in exchange for my honest review. The patches are single use clear stickers which makes them perfect for traveling. They work really great at reducing blemishes but you might have to use it two nights in a row for very stubborn ones. I would definitely recommend this product if you have one or two breakouts at a time otherwise I assume it would get pretty expensive and a product in liquid form might be more suitable.
