Be consistent

I believe it would take more time to see an actual result. Consistency is key. I didn't see the effect on me but I believe if I constantly use this product I would fade my darkspot.

Hold your head high again!

For those with cystic acne like me, you know what a mess one of these particular blemishes can make of your face. When I was given the opportunity by Butterly and PanOxyl to try PanOxyl’s PM brightening patches for post acne care, I jumped at the opportunity in hopes these patches would help to fade the redness that cystic acne can leave behind.

I had a few spots I could’ve tried the patches on, but I didn’t want to use the patches on all of them in case they made matters worse. I focused on one spot left from a big pimple that had since dried up that left behind an unsightly red mark on my face. I followed the instructions, placing a patch on the spot overnight for the next 10 days to see if these patches could fade the red spot. The patches are circular and are big enough to fit over spots left by big pimples. You could probably wear them during the day without an issue because they aren’t really noticeable, but PanOxyl says to wear them overnight. They stuck on well and stayed stuck until I peeled them off in the morning. I didn’t see much of an improvement after 3 days as PanOxyl stated, but I did see a marked improvement after using the patches for 10 days. I also like that they didn’t seem to dry out my skin, but seemed to smooth it out. Another thing I like is what these patches don’t have: no fragrances, parabens, latex, or dyes. If you have sensitive skin and/or are allergic to latex, you should find that these won’t irritate your skin. I have sensitive skin, in my own right, and these patches didn’t cause me any sort of issue.

I would most definitely buy more of these as part of my post-acne care regimen and I would also recommend these patches to friends and loved ones. As those who suffer with acne can attest, bad acne and the mess it leaves behind often affects one’s self-esteem. That’s why patches like these can be so vital to those who suffer with acne, because it helps to fade the signs of breakouts, so we can hold our heads high again. If you or someone you love suffers with acne and its after effects, I highly recommend giving these PanOxyl PM brightening patches a try. Not a huge improvement

I was glad to get the chance to try these patches as one of the most annoying things is how the redness after a pimple lasts on my skin for ages, requiring concealer. The idea that something could help reduce the spot faster was promising. I had an area with a few recent pimples on my jawline - very noticeable and red. I tried the patch over one spot and left the others to compare and contrast. Unfortunately I didn't really notice any difference in the progression between the spot where patches were used vs the spots without patches. Both healed at the same rate and now still look about the same in residual redness/scarring. So unfortunately I probably wouldn't spend the money on these patches in future for so little improvement.

Love them! Easy to use & effective

These patches are so easy to use and I love that you put them at night time and let them work their magic. It definitely did help with the redness and I appreciate that it didn't agitate my skin. I would definitely repurchase these and use them longer to see if they truly help with skin texture and pores. So far, I do love them and I would repurchase them again.

Its not that great

I didnt find these to be all that great to be honest. I used it on a pimple that was ptetty ripe and it didnt do anything for me. I would definitely be open to try again but it was just meh

A nice product

I have been dealing with acne for a long time. And eventide I get acne it is usually in the same spots. I noticed alot of hyperpigmentation after the acne is gone and this has been making me less confident about they way my skin looks. I loved the idea behind this product l. It contains great ingredients and acts on a specific spot. The strip will increase contact time and I believe this will make the ingredients more effective. Iused it a couple times and I noticed an improvement. Hopefully it work even better with regular use.

Not bad for pimple marks

This is just what I need for my post pimple marks. It helps lighten the marks. However it would be good if the size was smaller. This would be good for people with cluster acne marks as it can cover few spots with one patch.
