    Not what is used to be.

    I have use the service on a number of occasions and prior to the pandemic. Had a couple of issues with the produce, went back into the store and it was corrected immediately. In January 2021 I used the service, which took two weeks to get an appointment. Unfortunately every piece of produce I had ordered had to be thrown in the garbage. Lettuce was all brown and wilted cucumbers had mould on them. Eggs were crushed in the carton and leaking in the box. Can goods were dented. I sent in an email to PC with my comments and pictures of the items I had received. By the middle of February I had not yet received a response. I sent him a follow-up email with my concerns, also with the pictures again. As of today, Sunday, April 18, I am still waiting a response from PC from my order of January 14, 2021. I have not used the service again, and have not set foot back in this store. I would not recommend this to anyone. It seems like PC was taking advantage of the situation and does not care what kind of product they provide, as long as they charge full price. It is really too bad because previously it was a good service . Consumers beware!

    Save Yourself A Second Trip And Shop For Yourself.

    I have tried this service twice now and will not use it again. Both times I ended up having to visit the store again myself to return things. When someone else is choosing things like produce for you there is a big chance you are not going to get what you want and that is definitely the case here. The first time I used this service I received a package of Brussel sprouts that were literally hard and dried out. I honestly can't imagine how anybody could have picked them up and thought that they were even worthy of still being on the shelf for sale. And that is the biggest problem with this service. If the person fulfilling your order doesn't really care and just wants to get their work done you probably are not going to get the best of what is available. This service is probably best for somebody who is ordering something that is pre-packaged, does not need refrigeration, is not frozen or fresh and doesn't have any particular expiry date. Unfortunately it was overall a very disappointing experience for me.
