Likely not again

I have used this service 5 or 6 times but after the order this week, I probably will not do so again. In addition to unacceptable substitutions, they put a $341 hold on my MC and pushed through a separate charge for the actual order amount of $282, When I called, the "manager" told me to wait 5 to 10 business days and the hold will expire. Really?

Maybe be quick and easy but not good value

Use Superstore click and collect three times so far. Each time it gets worse. 1st time about 5 months ago. Great experience but the staff seemed a bit confused as the service was brand new to the community. 2nd time I ordered produce and bread with my normal groceries. 4 out of 6 loaves of bread were mouldy. When I went to return to the store the customer service desk stated I should be more diligent in checking the freshness of my bread. Isn’t the point of click and collect that I don’t have to do the shopping? 3rd attempt last night. Ordered just a few things I was missing for the up coming long weekend. They substitute a full ham for one half the size for the same price. Substitute a 2 kg bag of frozen veggies for one that’s 750 grams. Again same price. I did not take either. When I stated I didn’t want the substitute the clerk made it seem like I was being very picky and annoying. I don’t think I will be using this service again.
