Not bad, but doesn’t taste like peppermint

I definitely don’t dislike this flavour! The mocha shines through. In fact, it just tastes like popcorn dusted in chocolate. I don’t taste the peppermint at all, which is a disappointment. The flavour isn’t as strong or as festive as I hoped it would be, based on the flavour name and the packaging. I much prefer the other flavour, gingerbread latte.

Peppermint Mocha Popcorn – Honest Review

We are big popcorn lovers and have enjoyed many Poptastic flavours before, but unfortunately this one wasn’t a hit for our family. The chocolate and peppermint combination felt overpowering as popcorn and didn’t quite work for our taste. While I appreciate the creativity and all natural ingredients, this flavour wasn’t one we enjoyed and wouldn’t be one we’d buy again.

Lacking flavour

I really wanted to like this holiday flavour but I found it to be lacking in actual taste. It smells really great and I expected that to carry over to taste but it didn't. I do like that its popped using avocado oil and a low calorie snack but it just wasn't for me.

Nice alternative

I love the poptastic popcorn but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavour. It tasted more minty than mocha which threw me off. Its a delicious low cal snack but the flavour isnt for me

A fun holiday twist

Didn’t love this flavour, it needed a little more “kettle” for me but it was a fun twist on a holiday classic! Definitely loved the ingredients and that it’s popped in avocado oil!!

Good but not the best

This popcorn lacked flavor. I could taste the peppermint mocha, but I was expecting a little bit more. I do enjoy that it has minimal ingredients and made with avocado oil making it a healthier option. I would recommend this to someone else but personally, I don’t think I will purchase this in the future.

Subtle but good!

I’m a mint chocolate lover so this flavour was right up my alley. If you are someone who likes popcorn with a hint of flavour, then this will be perfect for you! Lightly dusted with mocha and peppermint flavouring, this helps satisfy your sweet tooth while delivering a traditional popcorn experience. To kick up the flavour a notch, I suggest pairing with other holiday snacks and beverages such as a peppermint mocha, chocolate or candy canes!

Missed the mark

I feel like this flavor had more potential. The chocolate and peppermint notes are quite light. I felt the dry version of flavors didn't make as big of impact of let's say a drizzle style popcorn. Maybe coconut oil and white chocolate with peppermint flavor . Not for me

Not sure about this

I would love for each piece to be evenly coated with more flavors. I love the fully coated pieces, it’s yummy but most of them are not coated so it’s like having regular popcorn

A yummy popcorn for all your holiday activities

While this popcorn is light and airy - I will say I tasted more of the chocolate taste versus the peppermint flavour. I would have rated this higher if there was more of a peppermint flavour. I like that it is a snack that is festive, healthier and gluten free.
