Tasty and filling meal replacement bar!

I really appreciated getting this PowerBar #gotitfree; it is very flavourful and satisfying for when you’re really hungry; much larger than a typical granola bar. I loved the crunchy almond texture and the salty-sweet combo was delicious! I’ll definitely buy some for road trips!

Filling snack!

I #gotitfree through ChickAdvisor and really like the idea of trying out a new protein bar. I tend to lean towards protein bars that have decent amount of protein and low sugar content. I thought this one had a bit much in the sugar content, so I ate half at a time. I liked the taste and consistency of the bar and the fact that it had extra nuts in it was a bonus. If you are looking for a flavourful bar to fill you up - then this would be a good one to try out. I may not purchase it myself in future just because of the sugar content, but otherwise, I really enjoyed it!

Amazing protein bar

This bar was the best tasting out of all of the plant protein bars. The ingredients all fit together very well and it was almost everything I was looking for in a protein bar. The only downside is the price of the pack of bars. For $17.00, I do not think I will buy this pack of bars as it is way more expensive than what I normally purchase for protein bars. Overall, it is a great product and I would recommend it, but the price changes everything.

I would love to try the new one's.love sweet and salty . Thought others were very good. Love the taste the chew the flavor . The mix variety. I will buy again and again. Really like then. It's hard but I will share them lol.

A Salty Food Lover

I don't tend to reach for sweet items. But do depend on protein bars when I can not get out for something more. This was a nice mix of salty and crunch. I was happy eating this

Mix between protein and granola bar

I give it 4 stars for taste only because it's a little too sweet for my taste. Has 10 grams of sugar which is pretty decent for a protein bar, but also only 10 g of protein, so it's more of a mix between a protein and granola bar. The ingredients are quite healthy, and I really like that there are almonds and chocolate that you can see and taste, rather than just a mush of questionable ingredients, like traditional protein bars. I'll definitely be buying these when I see them in stores.

Great taste

I received almond sea salt and dark chocolate flavoured plant protein bar free for testing. I will start by saying that I did really love the flavour. I loved the sea salt, mixed with the dark chocolate and the nice crunch it provides with the almonds. So as far as taste goes, I really liked it. But, as someone who is regularly eats protein bars, to up my protein intake, this wouldn’t be my first choice. It has 10 grams of protein, 13g of fat, 22g of carbs and 8g of fibre. I would prefer if the protein grams were more and fat grams less. It’s quite a few fat grams for 230 calorie bar. I was happy to see 8g of protein though.
Bar tasted great. Not sure if I would purchase again though, as the nutritional content isn’t to my liking.

The taste was good but like I said the previous review the salt and calorie intake isn't good for you in general. I do like how it's gmo free and vegan, which is nice but the price for these bars are a bit pricey, which I don't like. If they were healthier and less expensive then I would recommend in general.

Almond chunks on top!

The Almond, Sea salt and Dark chocolate Powerbar was actually better than I expected! I'm not usually keen on sticky sweet protein bars but I really enjoyed the taste of this one and the fact that it had whole almond chunks on top! I tried the cashew dark chocolate Powerbar and I would have to say the almond one's better( although quite similar).

What I didn't like about this bar was the level of sweetness and the level of stickiness it had, although if you like sweet foods then this one will be right up your alley!

It's nice to see PowerBar come out with something for the plant based people, especially a bar that has 10 grams of protein!

I can't say this is a snack I will eat often because of how sweet it is but I do think this would be a nice treat to pop in your purse on a busy airport or errand day!

Great plant based bar

I received the Powerbar plant based snack bar as part of the chickadvisor product review club. The non gmo feature is great and the bar contains 10g of protein which makes it a wise choice for healthy lifestyles, especially pre/post work out. The texture makes it quite chewy but overall tastes great with hearty ingredients. I will likely buy these bars in the future.
