Yummy and full of protein.

I received this product from ChickAdvisor for review. It's very yummy & isn't messy. It's full of protein, more than most bars, & leaves you feeling full and satisfied.

This energizes me before my big workout!

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter is a great to-go bar to fill me up and energize me before my bootcamp class twice a week. I was lucky to try this PowerBar as part of the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. #gotitfree It is so convenient to grab the bars before my class and I like that the bar has a non-traditional and delicious flavor and it has all the protein (20g) that I need. Even though, it may be slightly too sweet, I overall enjoyed the bars and would buy them again!

Great new bar on the market!

I was thrilled to be selected to receive PowerBar's ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter bar as part of ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club.

I'm a busy, cross-fitting mom of two who is also very concerned about protein intake. It's awesome to try a new product, and especially one that is so nutritionally dense for the right amount of calories.

I really enjoyed this particular bar. Sure - it's sweet, but most of these products are exactly that! I found that half a bar was the perfect amount to quell after-gym hunger, and my kids loved sharing the second half to boot! The texture is great, and the flavour is on point. I found the price point to be way more doable than other bars on the market.

Really didn't like it

I was super excited to give this one a try, I got the box in the mail and did my happy dance because it was free product day. I brought my box inside and used my keys to open it because I was so excited I couldn't walk an extra 10 steps for a knife. I instantly grabbed the chocolate peanut butter envisioning a flavour heaven. Man was I disappointed it tasted kind of chocolatey but mostly powdery. The texture was very weird I can't even describe it I had 2 bites and couldn't go further. My 17 yr old tried it had same response but polished it off. My 14 yeAR old however loved it she was begging for more.

Dessert without the guilt

I received this product to test out as part of ChickAdvisors review program. This was my favourite power bar of the two. It was like eating a healthier version of a chocolate bar. It was quite heavy and filling as a post workout snack which is what I look for. I usually make my own protein bars so this was a nice change to try something different. Overall it is something that I would eat again, but I would look to buy in bulk at say Costco to save on the cost a bit as they are a bit on the pricey side when I compare to making my own protein bars at home. They would be great to have on hand for travel so I may purchase them for on the go travel snacks since they travel well.

Delicious

I was a little uncertain as I have a hard time finding bars I actually enjoy eating. This bar however begs you to have another! it is delicious! Great blending of the flavours!

The PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter was definitely not my favorite flavor of the two I tried. While they are very filling and good for an after work out snack, I couldn't get past the chalky taste. I wouldn't buy this flavor again.

Power bar that fills you up

I really enjoyed trying this new power bar from Chick Advisor. This bar has all the nutrition you need and fills you up as a snack. Flavor is great. I would buy this product again.

Too much of a mouthful

While the flavour was nice, I found the texture far to rich and difficult to chew/swallow.They left a rather pasty feeling in my mouth and a coating down my throat that turned me off.
