Verdict... As a lasagna lover it is delicious. Bit thin at 4 layers of noodles. But one layer is a dry cottage cheese mixture. Lots of bolognese sauce on other layers that is an advanced, matured chef boyardee with actual meat and odd chunk of tomato.

Note mozzarella is only on top layer

Ground beef detectable, sauce is tasty balance of sweet and tart. Ricotta present and I don't actually mind this like I normally do because the lasagna is not solid and dry. Some might consider it wet but I enjoy a very moist lasagna.

This review is for the meat lasagne. I microwaved the lasagne from frozen for about 28 mins and the pasta turned out perfectly. If you use the oven, frozen lasagne tends to get soggy. It is a good portion for a family of 3, and it's usually on sale for $5.99 for the 1.13kg size.
