Yummy

This is my go to cheese when entertaining and even dining alone, great with gluten free dishes, nuts and deli meats. This goat cheese never disappoints!

A delicious combination

I love the flavour of both goat cheese and figs, but together they are even better. The figs are very sweet and it does overpower the tanginess of the goat cheese but I don't really mind that, for a change. I use it in a salad with baby greens and fairly acidic vinagrette so I think that helps. I have also used it wrapped in phyllo dough for delicious little appetizers, similar to cranberry brie ones.
