Great Quality Matcha!

The matcha was very finely milled and mixed in easily with steamed milk so I was able to make a pretty good latte out of it as well as a plain ol cup of green tea. Overall, I was very happy with that tea

Lovely new experience!

I was really excited to be chosen to try the matcha tea because I never have! I have studied the health benefits and been told nothing but good things so really wanted to try it, but matcha is typically really expensive. My first thought was that it wasn’t what I expected. It looks creamier than it tastes, it actually tastes kind of like a plant with not a ton of flavor.

After having it a few mornings in a row I began to actually enjoy the taste, and LOVE how it makes me feel. It gives me a great energy boost and just makes me feel alert throughout the day, without the crash I get from coffee!

I will definately be purchasing this again.

Good On-the-Go Matcha

Pure Leaf's matcha tea is a decent-tasting tea. I tried it both as a latté with milk and sugar and just plain with water - both are enjoyable ways to have this matcha.

The tea itself is rather dark in colour compared to other matcha tea I tend to favour flavour-wise, but it doesn't taste bitter or unpleasantly grassy like some of the lower-grade matcha green teas I've had in the past. It whisks really well with a matcha whisk, and reasonably well with a fork. The individually wrapped tea sachets are great if you want to bring your matcha on the go.

Such a convenient way to enjoy matcha!

I absolutely love this packaging! It's great for at home but even better when you're out and want to enjoy a matcha tea. The single serve sachets are a great idea! That, and the price is very competitive as matcha can be very expensive. What's even better is that although affordable, quality and taste are not sacrificed!

In terms of taste, you definitely have to be a true matcha fan to enjoy this, it's not your sweetened Starbucks drink by any means. I however, enjoy the very earthy taste. I have enjoyed it both hot, cold, with sugar/milk and without. Every way I've drank it, I've enjoyed it. I found that I needed to use two satchels to really enjoy the flavor as one was either a small cup of tea or just too watery.

I would definitely recommend this matcha to anyone who, a. Is a regular matcha drinker and/or b. wants a convenient matcha to drink on the go or at the office.

Matcha On The Go

I had the chance to try this product for free through Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. I love how portable the single serve packs are as I love taking it to work and it is quick and easy to make. The matcha tastes great and I had no problem following the instructions to make the matcha. Overall I would recommend it to anyone that likes matcha!

Tastes Authentic

As an avid tea drinker, I can say that this tea tastes as authentic as the loose leaf teas that I get back in Asia. The strength of tea can be customized depending on how long you leave the tea bag in. It tastes really good with some milk and sugar. The sachets make it convenient to bring to work and it helps maintain its freshness.

Great Matcha

These pre-packaged Matcha make it easy to enjoy. Don't over heat the water and just add enough water to blend. It is a good quality product but kind of pricey for only 12. Matcha has its own unique, earthy taste but has great benefits. Make sure it is well blended. If you don't like Matcha hot - try it with a cold blend.

Love these convenient pouches!

This matcha tea is fabulous and so easy to prepare! Love the rich taste and convenience. Smells incredible and every sip leaves you wanting more. Would highly recommend this product to fans of green tea and those who opt for super foods! Will definitely purchase again.

Super Conventient

I recently received Pure Leaf Pure Matcha tea sachets for product testing #gotitfree. The Matcha tea comes in single serve packets which are super convenient, as well as durable. This tea tastes comparable to higher end Matcha teas, but for the price and ability to easily take it with you I prefer Pure Leaf! It is super high in antioxidants and has a nice earthly taste to it. I liked the way it frothed and I also like to add a little bit of honey to it. If you're looking for a quick, easy, decently priced Matcha then this is definitely for you!

Great product from pure leaf

Love the matcha flavour. It’s definitely a taste that needs to be acquired but I love it and added it to steamed milk for a frothy warm beverage. I can’t wait to see it in store as I haven’t come across it yet
