Easy and nutritious breakfast or snack

I have been eating Quaker instant oatmeal for at least 10 years now and enjoy all the variety and tastes. It is a good source of fibre and has other good nutrients in it. I usually opt for the lower sugar ones

always my go to breakfast. It is fast, tasty, healthy and affordable. This would always go on sale for $2. that's great right?
you can always add dried fruits or maybe a little amount of granola if you wish.

Healthy Breakfast Everyday

I adore this quick instant variety oatmeal. It is low calorie, good for fiber and vitamins and best of all it tastes really great. It takes the time for the kettle to boil to prepare it and within a couple of minutes it is thickened up and ready to eat. You can start your day with a healthy breakfast. The choice of flavor for the day is up to you. I personally like the apple and cinnamon best however in this pack you also have Maple and brown sugar, cinnamon and spice and plain. They are in neat packages so if you are travelling you can take them with you. There are other flavors in other boxes like peaches and cream and cookies and cream again they are scrumptious also and healthy. I have to give this company 10/10 for flavor, packaging and ease of use.

Whole family likes it!

With a family of 5 it's hard to find a breakfast food that everyone will enjoy. Quaker instant oatmeal assorted variety as a staple in our household. With three different flavors in each box, there's something for everyone. It's a quick and easy breakfast which makes it perfect for busy families on the go. We even take them camping for a delicious breakfast option.

I love buying the variety pack for my family because we don't all like the same flavor so this gives everyone what they want ,my favorite flavor is the maple and brown sugar,its a quick and easy breakfast ,very convenient for mornings that are rushed .I try and buy it when it goes on sale ,so I buy a couple of boxes .I would recommend this to everyone

A great morning breakfast choice. Quick and filling. Very yummy. I love the variety pack so you don't have to eat the same flavour everyday. I like mine with milk instead of water.
