Very filling and high in fibre

Love all the quest bars.

I have been eating lowsugar and carb for several months
Quest bars are a great meal supplement that is high in fibre protein and very filling
They have lots of different texture and bits of cookie like product in them I am a huge fan

this protein bar most definitely has a lot of protein in it, so it helps me keep going on the treadmill daily. The taste is also really nice as there's not much of an aftertaste

I am obsessed with protein bars and have practically tried every single brand out there. Quest bars are one of my favorites. I love the different flavor options and the texture. I love baking my Quest bars or putting them in the microwave for a few seconds because it gives it a whole new taste and texture. My favorite Quest bar flavors are: Chocolate mint, S'mores, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Cookies and Cream. All of them are great, however!! The only downside of these protein bars is the high price. They are around $4 for one bar which is a bit steep.
