I have been suffering from serious constipation my whole life.

Effective relief from IBS constipation

I suffer from chronic constipation due to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and medication side-effects. I have used laxatives like Sennakot in the past and they work but can be hard on the system. My family doctor recommended that I try using RestoraLAX daily instead. All you do it dissolve a capful of powder in a glass of water or other liquid and drink it once or twice per day. Once dissolved, RestoraLAX is clear, colourless, and taste-free. It doesn't turn your drink into jelly either! IMPORTANT: You need to use this product daily for a few weeks before it will be fully effective. This is because it works by drawing fluid into your bowel to hydrate stool that may be "stuck," allowing it to pass gently through your bowel. This hydration takes time and you may feel bloated for a little while, but it's worth it to achieve regular bowel movements. This product is pricey but worth it. Other PEG-based laxative powders (e.g. Lax-a-Day) work just as well so buy whichever is on sale.

I have to take reatoralax on a daily basis as recommended by my family doctor. I’m glad to know it’s the only one that doesn’t cause bowel dependency (like prescriptions) and I can easily mix it into my tea in the mornings!

My daughter was diagnosed with having a lazy bowel and advised by her paediatrician to use RestoraLax to ensure she is able to pass stool. She has been on it for years. I finally tried it myself and it worked fantastic. It is more of a stool softener than a laxative. It draws water into your bowels to make it easier to pass the stool. My pipes were back in normal working condition after 2 uses of RestoraLax. There was no adverse effects, no diarrhea, just easily passed stool. Having Restoralax in the cabinet is so handy. I had surgery a few weeks ago. While in the hospital I was on all kids of constipating pills. The nurse suggested fiber and water and lots of it too. this product sure helps get your bowels moving .

My Doctor recommended using a laxative regularly for my 4 year old to prevent constipation and the pain associated with not having a bowel movement for several days. We found RestoraLax did the trick and helps her stay regular. Mixed in with her apple juice first thing in the morning, she doesn't even know it's there.

I have Crohn's Disease, but I am actually currently in remission. I just take a couple of different opiod pain killers that can cause incredibly bad constipation. This NEVER used to be a problem for me. I was trying everything, ex-lax, metamucial, senokot, stool softeners from my surgery.... Restoralax is the ONLY thing that gets me back to normal, and I've been told it is one of the few that you can use daily without causing bowel problems (obviously a major concern for me). I also get coupons often for it, which makes the price even better.
