great for a combination skin, i find most foundations either work for dry or oily and this one was great for both.

I use the Rimmel London Clean Finish Matte Foundation every day and I honestly love it! Being a person who suffers from oily skin, this matte foundation definitely helps to keep away that shiny look. Also, you don't need to re apply during the day which is a bonus!

I was looking for foundation that cover sun spots and pores and stay non visible on the skin. I don't want to spend a lot of money and through it away just because it doesn't feet me. So I bought Rimmel London clean finish foundation at walmart for $5!!! And it perfect!! 240 soft beige not pinkish and not yellowish on my skin, it's perfectly cover spots and pores. it lasting for 12 ours!!! I could use it on my dry skin and it's not become flaky. I use this foundation for 2 years!

I have dry skin and this foundation is great for my skin. It does not accentuate my dry skin and gives me a nice even complexion. It has decent coverage and stays on for the whole day. It blends well and goes on smoothly. It is also lightweight. I cannot think of any flaws with this foundation. I will definitely repurchase.

This is an awesome drugstore foundation. I think the coverage is decent and I think the finish looks so natural and really compliments my skin.

I had been looking for a good matte foundation for a while, one that was actually matte and didn't just say so on the label. This foundation is indeed matte, which is great. There are a few strange things about this foundation. First, the strange plastic paddle applicator with holes in it. I'm sure this was made in this shape for a reason, but it is unclear to the consumer! But oh well, you can just scoop it out and put it on the back of your hand. Another weird thing is the consistency of this foundation. It starts off just like any other foundation, but once you start to rub it in get TOUGH. It takes some commitment to rub this stuff in, but once its on it is good to go. I found that this foundation lasts a lot longer than other drug store foundation. It stayed on and it stayed matte for the whole day.

Long story short; is you're willing to put a little more effort into a good foundation, this is the one for you.

First time stepping out of my cover girl zone for foundation as it was on sale at my local drug store, I was hooked and wont buy another foundation but Rimmel

I heard a lot of great things about this product but when I actually tried it I was disappointed. For the price I should have expected it. Cheap makeup, often cheap quality. The coverage was consistent but too heavy. I tried the lightest shade and it was still to dark for me, and I don't really have fair skin. The applicator wand it like a little spatula and feels odd to use. Overall if you're looking for inexpensive foundations, I'd skip this one and try something else.

I do like this foundation. What I like amount it most, is that it blends on well, liquidly and then dries to a matte finish so your skin doesn't feel too dewey or too dry. The coverage and skin evening features are above average and it does stay on for most of the day, assuming you don't rub your face on anything. I use their BB cream underneath this foundation to give it that perfect desired look. The combination of the two products is 5 stars. I do recommend this product for the price range. I prefer it over other name brands, as it doesn't clog my pores, for the price and the effect.
